Marc is VP Commercial Excellence for the Minimally Invasive Therapies Group of Medtronic in EMEA. He is currently based in Zurich and leads a large cross-functional team handling go to market strategy design and implementation, sales operations, sales enablement tools and processes, sales and marketing training, sales data and analytics, sales incentives and compensation and strategic pricing. His recent focus has been on driving go to market model innovation, including the deployment of remote sales and digital channels.
